The atmosphere was warm and welcoming at the Pho-Thong Thai restaurant in Mossley, from the minute we walked through the door. Our meal was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced.
Your Tameside visited The Flying Teapot in Lower Mossley located in an idyllic setting.
I visited the very popular Heroes of Waterloo restaurant for the 3 course Sunday Lunch menu. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, there was a good atmosphere and the staff were pleasant and attentive.
I had the pleasure of visiting Revive Indian restaurant in the centre of Stalybridge for a midweek treat as myself and my partner spotted the early bird offer.
After months hard work The Roe Cross Green has been transformed into a wonderful destination 100 seat Restaurant aswell as
a boutique style Tea Room and a Gift Store with products ranging from soaps, cookbooks, kitchen ware and chabby chic’ at its best.
As part of my restaurant reviews for Your Tameside I visited the Brewers Fayre in Denton for a family Sunday Lunch. We found everyone very helpful and the service very effecient.
Your Tameside visited the Bridgefield Curry Lounge in Stalybridge. The food was abslutely delicious and the restaurant clean and very stylish. Myself and my parner had poppadums to start with, I had the tandoori cod and my partner had tandoori prawns for the main dish followed by ice cream and coffee.
Bollywood in Droylsden has been voted one of the best in Britain by the website www.hungryhorse.co.uk.
After competing with over 9,500 restaurants nationwide Bollywood finished eigth overall. Bollywood was one of only two takeaways in the North to make it into the top ten and the only one in Manchester.
For my latest venture tasting Tameside's finest cuisine I had the pleasure of sampling the food at Lily's Vegetarian restaurant on Oldham road in Ashton-under-Lyne.
I am so lucky to dine in another of Tameside's finest restaurants as part of Your Tameside's restaurant reviews, this time it was Giovanni's Italian restaurant in Market Street Droylsden. Myself and my partner were taken to an intimate part of the dining room and and were treated to "home style Italian food" and felt as if we had been transported from Droylsden to Italy. The Wine list was very extensive the staff were incredibly courteous and the owner Francis was so friendly and helpful.
