Our modern world is complex, busy & constantly changing at the best of times and most of the time we just try to get on with our lives. However, the turbulent times we are currently experiencing have stopped most people in their tracks. Events and crises on not just our day-to-day lives but also on an international & global level are having significant impacts on all of us. The resultant persistent uncertainty and unpredictability in our lives can lead to abnormally raised levels of anxiety, insecurity and fear.

You are in acute need of support but perhaps feel you can't turn to your family, friends or colleagues because you're embarrassed, think they may not understand or because you think they may also be struggling with their own pressures, and you don't want to burden them further.

If so, I believe that counselling would be of real benefit to you. Counselling provides an opportunity to explore feelings, values and purpose in a safe, confidential setting. At its best, counselling can help you to experience more meaning, contentment and sense of purpose in life - it's always a good time to talk.

I am a Registered, Accredited Member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapists) a registered member of ATSAC (Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addictions & Compulsivity) and the ACBS (Association for Contextual and Behavioural Science). I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
