BBC's "Call the Council" series featurung the day to day work of Tameside Council workers will be back on TV screens in the autumn.
The BBC crews are again given unlimited access following Council workers as they go about their daily duties, from flytipping to food poisining and rats to recycling. The first series was a big hit with viewers as they gained an insight into the daily lives of Tameside's Council workers.
Catherine Piddington Tameside Council's Executive member for Sustainable Environment said " we are delighted to welcome back the BBC, this is a great opportunity to promote a wider understanding of how the council is working to improve thel lives of local people"
